Mental Training:

Our Mental Training is structured, science-based system designed to strengthen the mind for optimal performance, emotional balance, and personal growth. It equips individuals with mental skills and tools to enhance focus, build resilience, manage stress, and maintain a confident, goal-oriented mindset in high-pressure environments.

Rooted in cognitive psychology, mindfulness, and performance science, this program is suitable for athletes, professionals, students, and anyone aiming to improve their mental game and unlock their full potential.

Advanced Technical Training:

Our Advanced Technical Training is an elite-level development designed for competitive players seeking to elevate their game through focused, high-intensity technical training. This program emphasizes precision, speed, and decision-making under pressure—refining the individual technical skills necessary to perform at the highest levels of play.

Targeted at serious youth athletes, academy players, and professionals, the program blends advanced ball mastery with position-specific drills, game-scenario applications, and tactical awareness.

Objectives

  1. Refine high-level technical skills under game-like pressure

  2. Develop faster decision-making and technical execution

  3. Enhance weak-foot performance and ambidexterity

  4. Improve ball control, agility, and spatial awareness

  5. Prepare players for the demands of high-level competition and scouting

Tactical IQ:

Soccer Tactical IQ refers to a player's ability to understand and apply tactical concepts during a game. It involves reading the flow of play, making smart decisions under pressure, positioning effectively, and adapting to changing situations on the field.

Players with high tactical IQ don't just react—they anticipate. They recognize cues and triggers, understand team strategies, and consistently make the right decisions, even in fast-paced or high-pressure moments. This intelligence allows them to maximize their technical abilities and contribute meaningfully to team success.

Physical Development:

  1. Supports technical and tactical execution in sport

  2. Enhances overall athletic performance and competitiveness

  3. Reduces risk of injuries by strengthening muscles and joints

  4. Promotes longevity and consistent participation in the sport

  5. Builds confidence through improved physical capabilities

Monthly Trainings:

Fridays: 5pm-8pm

Membership: $95/Monthly

  • Mental Training Via Zoom (90 minutes)

  • 3 hrs of field Training (technical and Tactical)

  • Fitness (Fitness Expert) Via Zoom
